Job Responsibility:
Managing onboarding processes and ensuring new starters are set up correctly
Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, including employment law and company policies
Supporting managers with day-to-day HR guidance and administration
Assisting the HR Manager with operational HR matters
Maintaining and auditing Right to Work documentation
Producing compliance, attendance, and lateness reports
