Job Responsibility
Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation schedules
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality
Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Assist with employment verifications, reference checks, and background screening coordination
Enter and update employee information within HRIS systems and databases
Prepare HR-related documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations
Monitor and maintain compliance-related documentation and training records
Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment activities
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative, human resources, office support, or coordinator role
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
Experience working with HRIS systems is a plus
Strong customer service mindset and employee-first approach
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
