Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations and administrative functions. This role will assist with onboarding, employee records, benefits support, scheduling, and general HR coordination while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Job Responsibility
Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and departmental operations
Assist with onboarding, new employee paperwork, and orientation coordination
Maintain employee files, records, and HR databases
Help with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
Schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related appointments
Prepare HR documents, reports, and correspondence
Support compliance with company policies and employment practices
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
1+ years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or office coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience with onboarding, benefits, or employee records
