Our client, a respected healthcare organization serving communities across San Diego County, is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support their HR operations. Job Responsibility:
Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks
Support credentialing, compliance tracking, and employee file maintenance
Coordinate new hire orientations and training scheduling
Process HR documents, forms, and confidential personnel updates
Help manage HR inbox, employee inquiries, and HRIS data entry
Assist with payroll prep, timesheet collection, and corrections
Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave-of-absence documentation
Maintain employee records in alignment with healthcare regulatory standards
Requirements:
1–2 years HR or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with HRIS (UKG, ADP, Workday, or similar)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
A patient-care mindset and respect for confidentiality
