Job Description:

Robert Half is currently working to fill an ongoing HR Assistant opportunity in Ventura County, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to build an HR career while contributing to employee well-being. The role involves administrative support in various HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and general employee relations. Job Responsibility:

Provide administrative support to the HR department
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Manage employee records
Support benefits administration
Contribute to general employee relations.

Requirements:

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role preferred
Experience with HR software (e.g., ADP, BambooHR) is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Nice to have:

Experience with HR software (e.g., ADP, BambooHR).
