We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. The HR Assistant will help with administrative tasks across recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, benefits support, and general HR coordination. Job Responsibility:
Assist with day-to-day HR administrative duties
Support recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
Help coordinate onboarding for new hires, including preparing paperwork and maintaining employee files
Enter, update, and audit employee information in HR systems and databases
Respond to routine employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
Assist with benefits enrollment and other HR programs as needed
Prepare letters, reports, and other HR-related documents
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information
Support payroll and timekeeping processes by gathering and verifying information
Help coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and internal communications
Ensure HR files and processes remain compliant with company policies and applicable regulations
Requirements:
Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
Basic understanding of HR practices and employment documentation
