Job Responsibility
Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication
Maintain employee files and HR records
Support benefits enrollment and employment verification requests
Process employee status changes and HRIS updates
Assist with employee engagement activities and training coordination
Post job openings and track applicant activity
Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
Conduct reference checks and onboarding follow-up
Maintain recruiting documentation and compliance records
Requirements
1+ year of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
Experience with ADP, Paycom, Paylocity, or similar HRIS systems preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
