We are seeking a passionate HR professional to play a key role in supporting talent within a fast-paced, event-based business. The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the HR department and serves as a first-level point of contact for employees. This role assists with day-to-day HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, recruitment support, and training coordination while helping ensure accurate records and effective communication across the organization. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs
Job Responsibility
Provides administrative and operational support to the HR department

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate degree or higher coursework in Human Resources or related field preferred
Previous administrative or human resources support experience preferred (1-2yrs)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Flexible availability to work some nights and/or weekends
