Job Responsibility:
Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completion
Maintain and update employee records and HR files in compliance with company policies
Support interview coordination, including scheduling and candidate communication
Help with benefits administration tasks, including enrollments and responding to employee questions
Assist with timekeeping and basic payroll support tasks
Prepare HR documents, including letters, reports, and internal communications
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with special projects
Serve as a point of contact for routine HR inquiries
Requirements:
0–2 years of HR or administrative experience (internships welcome)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
