Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant with hands-on experience using UKG, UltiPro, or Kronos to support their HRIS migration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience with HR systems, employee records management, onboarding, and general HR administrative support.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team across a wide range of human resources functions
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Process employee onboarding, offboarding, status changes, and other HR transactions within UKG, UltiPro, or Kronos
  • Assist with benefits administration, timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll-related documentation
  • Generate HR reports, audits, and workforce data using HR systems and Excel
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and system access
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies and employment regulations
  • Coordinate interviews, background checks, new hire paperwork, and orientation logistics as needed
  • Partner with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to improve administrative processes and system efficiency

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR administrative, HR assistant, HR coordinator, or HR associate experience
  • Prior hands-on experience with UKG, UltiPro, or Kronos is required
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR documentation
  • Experience supporting payroll, timekeeping, benefits, or employee data management preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High school diploma required

  • Experience with HR reporting, audits, and compliance tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with onboarding workflows, employee self-service tools, and timekeeping systems
