Job Description:

A FMCG and manufacturing company based in Johor is looking for an HR Assistant Manager with strong knowledge in Trade Union matters and HR practices.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in managing Trade Union matters, including collective bargaining and labour relations
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills
In-depth understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations applicable in Malaysia
Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong analytical
