Job Description:

We are looking for a HR Assistant to work in the HUCAP Unit. Job Responsibility:
Support all HUCAP Teams in day-to-day operational activities absorbing the additional workload generated by the reorganisation (e.g. talent management, workforce planning, HRBP activities including change management, competency management, People services tasks, change management learning initiatives, efforts for reskilling not included in the current learning plan)
Contribute to selection processes linked to the reorganisation, including supporting: the planning of calls, the preparation of vacancies with relevant stakeholders, the running of selection procedures using Taleo and the other tools, etc.
Data collection, monitoring, and data management as required
Support Portfolio Coordinator and Human Resource Specialists in the implementation of reorganisation related structural changes in Fusion/Sysper (Creation and nomination of Department, Unit and Teams, Initiation of Art7, Acting, Ad-Interim, Joint Committee Validation, Creation of Admin Act, Upload in Staff dossier, creation of new sub-delegation for business continuity)
Support Reorganisation Task force with project management and change management activities related to the reorganisation project and task force e.g. project plan, follow up of related actions, analysis, and action implementation
Support task force risk registers, following up on mitigation actions, and ensuring timely escalation when required (if applicable)
Prepare reports, PowerPoints, excel monitoring tables and any relevant material in support of the Teams/Task force in relation to the reorganisation
Requirements:
Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel, MS Power point, MS Word, MS Project) and BI tool
Previous experience in HR assistance and Project Management
Behavioural competencies: working with others, analysis and problem solving, drive for results, good level of autonomy
