Job Description:

The Human Resources department in Airbus Defense & Space is looking for an apprentice to support the day-to-day activities of the team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and insights into human resources management while contributing to the success of the organization. This apprenticeship program offers a unique chance to learn and grow within a dynamic and international environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the recruitment process by posting jobs on various platforms, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters
  • Assisting with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes, including background checks and visa sponsorship
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases related to employee information and benefits enrollments
  • Organizing company events and activities, such as training sessions, social gatherings, and team building exercises
  • Providing administrative support to managers and employees, handling requests and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination between teams

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant university degree program, preferably in business administration or human resources
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player

Nice to have:

Fluency in English language is a plus
