We are looking for our next People Ops Specialist to join Implicity's People team. The Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) runs recruitment, the Office Manager manages the workplace — this person becomes the "engine room" expert who streamlines the entire employee journey: from contract signature to offboarding. The goal is to strengthen HR administration (compliance, payroll prep, data), ensure a top-notch onboarding experience, and contribute to People projects in a fast-growing MedTech environment.
Job Responsibility:
Contracts & documents: Drafting and tracking contracts and amendments (SYNTEC agreement), DPAE, health insurance / supplementary coverage enrollment
Payroll prep: Collecting and validating monthly variables (bonuses, absences, transport) with the HRBP
Compliance & legal: Keeping processes up to date (occupational health, mandatory postings, GDPR)
supporting the preparation of CSE meetings
HR Data: Maintaining the HRIS and building dashboards (headcount, gender parity, turnover) to support HRBP data-driven decisions
Contributing to internal rituals and events so Implicity's culture is felt at every employee touchpoint
Contributing to and improving internal processes across the employee lifecycle
Depending on needs and interests: rolling out a training plan, improving employer branding, launching new HR tools
Documenting and improving internal HR processes
