Job Description

As a HR and Compliance Coordinator you will support the HR team by ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, assisting with recruitment, training, and audit preparation. The role also contributes to continuous process improvements and supports general HR operations.

Requirements

  • A keen interest in HR, compliance, and operations, with a desire to develop a career in HR
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new HR practices and compliance regulations
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and knowledge of HR software is beneficial, but not essential
