We are looking for a dedicated HR and Administration Specialist to join our team. The role involves responsibility for a wide range of HR, administrative and operational tasks, providing ongoing support for office activities and assisting in the efficient management of organizational operations.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain HRIS accuracy, focusing on daily time and attendance management
Support end-to-end recruitment efforts for various organizational levels
Act as the lead point of contact for internal HR-related queries and support
Organize corporate events and employee engagement programs
Ordering office supplies and refreshments
Coordinating maintenance and cleaning services
Managing vendor relationships
Responsibility over portals and associated tasks related to our fleet management
Providing administrative support to various teams and departments within the organization
Collecting and consolidating data
Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
Answering phone calls and handling correspondence
Preparing presentations and documents
Filing and organizing documents
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Additional tasks as required
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in a relevant field
Previous experience in a similar role of 1-3 years
Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications
High organizational and planning capabilities, with strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high service orientation
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
