Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of Human Resources experience required, ideally within financial services or professional services
Prior exposure to payroll, benefits administration, compensation, HR operations, onboarding, or employee support functions strongly preferred
Experience with Workday, preferred
Ability to operate effectively within a lean, high-touch HR environment where responsiveness, flexibility, and attention to detail are critical
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, a collaborative and polished approach, and a genuine interest in building a long-term career within a close-knit organization that prioritizes culture, mentorship, and internal growth
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
Must be comfortable working onsite in New York City Monday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Fridays
