We are looking for an experienced HR Analyst for our client in Denver, Colorado, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting talent management initiatives while driving impactful projects that enhance career pathing and employee engagement. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, performance management, and development processes, primarily within the Workday platform.
Job Responsibility:
Administer and manage Workday modules, including Onboarding, Talent Performance, Peakon Employee Voice, and Opportunity Marketplace
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance, test, and upgrade Workday functionalities while addressing HR support tickets
Lead and support organizational projects aimed at advancing career pathing, talent management, and employee development
Develop and execute communication strategies for system and process changes to drive consistent adoption across the organization
Coordinate with internal communications teams to align messaging and ensure seamless implementation of HR initiatives
Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on talent management practices and complex changes
Monitor and track project milestones, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement
Maintain a strong focus on detail and quality while independently managing assigned tasks
Foster collaboration across departments to achieve shared goals effectively
Requirements:
Proven experience with Workday modules, including Talent Onboarding, Peakon, and Opportunity Marketplace
In-depth knowledge of talent management processes, including performance management and employee engagement
Strong project management capabilities, including planning, tracking, and stakeholder coordination
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
Experience in coaching leaders and driving organizational changes
Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools for managing talent activities
Ability to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment, including occasional onsite participation for key milestones
