Job Description

3 - 5 years of prior experience with strong exposure to HR operations including Onboarding, New Joiners Induction, HRIS, HR analytics, HR systems, policy and process management, vendor management. Responsible for handling day to day HR operations with external and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions (including policies, processes and tools)
  • Monitor overall performance and effectiveness of the HR standard solutions, Consult in cases with high expertise needed
  • Consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day to day operations
  • Onboarding & New Joiners Induction
  • Responsible for improving Employee Experience at various stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate records of employees and documents
  • Drive end to end ownership of HR analytics
  • Handling end to end Exit process, IJP, Relocation benefits and the vendor Management process and payments
  • Responsible for all Statutory Audits & Adherence
  • System Ownership: Act as the primary administrator for the HRIS tools(Workday)
  • Technical Support: Serve as the go-to person for employee queries regarding HR systems and troubleshooting
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the operational logistics of the employee lifecycle, including seamless onboarding/offboarding and contract management
  • Policy Support: Maintain the Employee Handbook and ensure all internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are up to date
  • Metric Tracking: Design and maintain dashboards for key HR metrics
  • Data Integrity: Perform regular audits of the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy standards & regulation
  • Workforce Reporting: Develop and maintain various reports and analytics for different functions in the organization

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of prior experience with strong exposure to HR operations

  • Proactive, Analytical and data-driven
  • Problem Solving & Presentation Skills
  • Working knowledge of Google workspace and Workday
