The Training & Development team is responsible for employee education at LeverX — from language courses to technical workshops and beyond. Every year, we organize over 140+ learning sessions for our employees, and now we’re aiming to make the entire process smarter through automation. As an HR Analyst and a member of the Training & Development team, you will take part in building our internal Learning Management System (LMS) from the ground up — from requirements analysis to launch and ongoing support. In this role, you will also act as a Product Owner, helping us shape, implement, and continuously improve the system.
Job Responsibility:
Collect and analyze customer needs to draft technical specifications for LMS development
Manage the LMS development project: coordinate and review the process, assist HRs in the implementation, testing phase, and launch phase
Maintain and analyze internal and external training databases: develop metrics for assessing effectiveness and suggestions for improving the conversion
Maintain comprehensive training and HR statistics (quarterly, monthly, yearly, and on demand)
Develop and update HR report templates
Administer the LMS
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT or any technical field
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a Data Analyst
