Job Description:

The Training & Development team is responsible for employee education at LeverX — from language courses to technical workshops and beyond. Every year, we organize over 140+ learning sessions for our employees, and now we’re aiming to make the entire process smarter through automation. As an HR Analyst and a member of the Training & Development team, you will take part in building our internal Learning Management System (LMS) from the ground up — from requirements analysis to launch and ongoing support. In this role, you will also act as a Product Owner, helping us shape, implement, and continuously improve the system.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect and analyze customer needs to draft technical specifications for LMS development
  • Manage the LMS development project: coordinate and review the process, assist HRs in the implementation, testing phase, and launch phase
  • Maintain and analyze internal and external training databases: develop metrics for assessing effectiveness and suggestions for improving the conversion
  • Maintain comprehensive training and HR statistics (quarterly, monthly, yearly, and on demand)
  • Develop and update HR report templates
  • Administer the LMS

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or any technical field
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a Data Analyst
  • Experience managing an ERP system
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar platforms
  • English В2+

Experience as a Project Manager in IT
