We are looking for an HR Analyst to support employee and labor relations initiatives in Oregon. This is a Contract position suited for a resourceful and detail-focused individual who can balance analytical work, HR operations, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate brings a solid HR foundation, strong presentation skills, and the ability to identify process gaps and turn ideas into practical solutions.
Job Responsibility
Create and refine HR templates, tools, and supporting materials that improve consistency across employee relations activities
Review current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements to strengthen HR processes
Partner with stakeholders across departments to coordinate projects, share updates, and keep deliverables moving forward
Organize workforce data and transform findings into clear presentations and reporting materials for leadership and business partners
Support a broad range of HR activities with a focus on employee relations matters and day-to-day operational needs
Contribute to labor relations efforts by assisting with issue tracking, documentation, and communication across relevant teams
Build and maintain organizational charts and related documentation to reflect business structure and reporting changes
Help manage assigned initiatives independently by recognizing gaps, prioritizing next steps, and driving progress with limited oversight
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in human resources, with exposure to employee relations and general HR operations
Demonstrated knowledge of employee relations practices, including investigations, performance management, and workplace issue resolution
Familiarity with labor relations principles and an understanding of local employment law
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, organize information, and present insights effectively
Proven ability to work independently, adapt to shifting priorities, and succeed in a hybrid, fast-paced setting
Experience using Workday, Microsoft Office applications, and SharePoint for HR administration and reporting
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization
