Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, required
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in HR, compensation, or payroll, required
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel required
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data and processes with accuracy
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner across HR, Finance, and Legal teams
  • Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Demonstrated interest in systems, technology, and process improvement (experience with HR systems or AI tools is a plus).
