Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, required
2+ years of relevant experience in HR, compensation, or payroll, required
Strong analytical and technical skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel required
High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data and processes with accuracy
Strong judgment and ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner across HR, Finance, and Legal teams
Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Demonstrated interest in systems, technology, and process improvement (experience with HR systems or AI tools is a plus).
