You will be part of a growing HR team based in India, supporting Zuora’s India site and playing a key role in shaping the employee experience locally while partnering closely with global HR teams. Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience managing core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data management
  • Good understanding of payroll operations and statutory compliance frameworks
  • Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment, preferably within a global Tech, SaaS, or GCC organization
