The HR Analyst supports Sales Compensation reporting and analytics by developing accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and analysis for internal stakeholders. This role supports QBR reporting, Power BI development, recurring analytics, and ad hoc reporting needs while progressively building technical skills and business knowledge. The role requires the ability to learn quickly, manage assigned tasks, and deliver with limited supervision.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports supporting Sales Compensation and Finance
Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including data pulls, validation, basic analysis, and PowerPoint materials
Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, with guidance and peer review as needed
Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency of reported metrics
Support modeling and analysis requests related to plan changes, metrics, or business questions
Assist with weekly adjustment reporting and provide outputs for downstream communications
Provide back‑up support for Workday reports when the primary owner is unavailable
Follow established reporting standards, governance, and documentation practices
Continuously develop technical and analytical skills and apply learning independently
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of related experience (reporting, analytics, finance, sales operations, or similar), or equivalent work experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to learn quickly, manage assigned tasks, and deliver with limited supervision
English proficiency
Nice to have:
Knowledge of HR Systems (Workday preferred)
Exposure to Power BI or similar visualization tools (hands‑on or academic experience)
Experience supporting QBRs, dashboards, or recurring business reporting
Familiarity with Sales, Finance, or performance data (preferred, not required)
Comfort working with global or cross‑functional teams
