Key Responsibilities: Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on various HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation. Conduct investigations and address employee grievances while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Assist in the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with the firm's strategic goals and enhance employee engagement. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Support the delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS. Stay updated on HR best practices and employment law changes, providing guidance to the team as necessary. What They're Looking For: Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, preferably within the professional services sector. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices including ER case work. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. A proactive approach to HR issues, with a focus on continuous improvement and employee engagement.
