Job Responsibility
Providing professional, expertise guidance and advice to the staff of the organisation on HR matters
Developing and implementing efficient HR process, policies, and procedures
Being first point of contact for the managers and employees with ER relations
Supporting managers with investigations, reporting and presentation of disciplinary or grievance cases
Monitor new starter probation periods in partnership with the managers
Operate the HR & Payroll System (Cezanne) effectively
Requirements
Previous HR experience within an advisory or business partner level role
CIPD qualified in Human Resources Management (Level 5)
