Job Responsibility

  • Providing professional, expertise guidance and advice to the staff of the organisation on HR matters
  • Developing and implementing efficient HR process, policies, and procedures
  • Being first point of contact for the managers and employees with ER relations
  • Supporting managers with investigations, reporting and presentation of disciplinary or grievance cases
  • Monitor new starter probation periods in partnership with the managers
  • Operate the HR & Payroll System (Cezanne) effectively

Requirements

  • Previous HR experience within an advisory or business partner level role
  • CIPD qualified in Human Resources Management (Level 5)
