Our client is looking for an HR Advisor. A successful business. The hiring organisation is a well-established, medium-sized company operating within the FMCG sector. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Support line managers with employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance processes. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent. Monitor and report on key HR metrics to support organisational decision-making. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
Job Responsibility

Requirements
Proven experience in a similar HR role within the FMCG industry
A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience handling employee relations cases with professionalism and confidentiality
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using HR systems and tools for reporting and record-keeping
CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous
