We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our client's Australian team, acting as a bridge between high-level global initiatives and the boots-on-the-ground reality of their operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in coaching leaders, from workforce planning to high-stakes change management, your influence will be felt across the entire employee lifecycle.
Job Responsibility:
Support employees across Australia through the entire employee lifecycle
Drive workplace culture initiatives
Act as a HRIS expert
Be the first point of call for managers
Provide expert advice on WH&S and Australian legislation
Lead internal investigations (ER)
Serve as the local subject matter expert for the global HR team
Requirements:
5+ years of HR experience
Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, WH&S, and Manufacturing Awards
Great communication skills
Proficiency with systems, including Microsoft Suite and experience with Workday (or similar HRIS)
Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and tact
