Job Responsibility:
Providing advice and support on employee relations matters, ensuring issues are handled fairly and consistently
Promoting employee wellbeing and contributing to inclusive people practices
Supporting a range of HR activities across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management and learning and development processes
Maintaining accurate people records and supporting compliance with data protection requirements
Assisting with the delivery of wider people initiatives and projects that support organisational goals and culture.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience working at HR Advisor level
