Our client is on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join their vibrant team and make a real impact. The role involves providing expert HR advice, managing HR processes, overseeing onboarding, conducting right to work checks, handling references, and general HR administration.
Job Responsibility:
Provide Expert Advice on HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
Utilise Cascade HR Software for HR processes including data entry, reporting, and system maintenance
Oversee Onboarding for new hires
Conduct Right to Work Checks
Handle References
General HR Administration including maintaining employee records, preparing documents, and assisting with HR projects
Requirements:
CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification
Proven experience as an HR Advisor, specifically with Cascade HR software
Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
