Job Description

Our client is on the lookout for an experienced HR Advisor to join their vibrant team and make a real impact. The role involves providing expert HR advice, managing HR processes, overseeing onboarding, conducting right to work checks, handling references, and general HR administration.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide Expert Advice on HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
  • Utilise Cascade HR Software for HR processes including data entry, reporting, and system maintenance
  • Oversee Onboarding for new hires
  • Conduct Right to Work Checks
  • Handle References
  • General HR Administration including maintaining employee records, preparing documents, and assisting with HR projects

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor, specifically with Cascade HR software
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
