As a HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance on HR practices and policies, ensuring a supportive workplace for all staff.
Job Responsibility:
Advising on employee relations issues, from recruitment to retention
Supporting managers in performance management and staff development
Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
A solid background in HR, preferably within the education sector
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CIPD L3 (or equivalent) essential
