HR Advisor

• Partner with senior management to design and deliver HR strategies that support business goals
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle: Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Performance, and Exits
• Lead on employee relations, including disciplinary, grievances, and redundancy processes and provide generalist support
• Maintain and improve HR policies and our HR information system
• Analyse and report on key HR metrics, supporting strategic decision-making
• As the primary HR presence at the site, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and commercially focused professional advice on HR policies, procedures, employment legislation, and best practice across a wide range of day-to-day matters
• Provide commercially sound recommendations based on data insights, operational needs, and knowledge of employment legislation and relevant case law
• Support and coach managers to effectively manage attendance, productivity, and team performance
• Interpret and analyse HR data to identify trends and support business decisions
• Coordinate logistics for HR-related activities and initiatives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices
• Updating CVs and competencies, monitoring and organizing employee training
• Any other duties required by the business

• Previous experience working in an SME
• Proven experience as a HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor in a generalist capacity
• Strong up to date knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR best practice
• Confident working independently and influencing at a senior level
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
