Job Responsibility
You manage all operational HR tasks, including the preparation of employment contracts, references, and certificates, and ensure accurate and up-to-date master data and document management in our HR system Personio.
You ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all HR documentation and processes.
You act as the first point of contact for a defined group of employees within the Hornetsecurity Group on all HR and labour law-related matters, with a particular focus on apprentices and interns (liaison with educational institutions, contract management, budget tracking, communication, etc.).
You support managers in conducting performance reviews, help identify relevant development needs, and ensure the implementation of appropriate actions for apprentices and interns.
You actively contribute to HR projects (e.g., harmonisation and internationalisation of HR processes and policies, rollout of new HR initiatives) and proactively suggest process improvements.
Requirements
You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on HR.
You are an HR generalist with experience in personnel administration.
You have a strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills
You are a strong communicator who can empathise with others and enjoys supporting employees.
You build trusting relationships with managers, represent the company’s interests confidently, and act as a reliable HR partner at all levels.
You are driven by success and passionate about optimising, harmonising, and sustainably establishing processes and structures.
You are flexible, committed, and dependable, especially when it comes to new projects and related HR topics.
Your native language is French, and you are fluent in English.
