Our client is looking for a versatile HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team for a 6-month fixed-term assignment. This is a pivotal role designed to provide advisory support and administrative backbone during a period of high workload.
Job Responsibility:
Providing frontline HR advice to managers on policy, best practices, and performance queries
Drafting employment agreements, variation letters, and formal correspondence
Supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and HRIS maintenance
Assisting with recruitment drives and streamlining internal documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience in an HR Advisory role
Confidence navigating employment relations and policy
Administrative excellence and attention to detail
Adaptability and willingness to take on varied tasks
