Job Responsibility:
Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of people matters
Support and advise on Employee Relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
Manage and maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation, invoices, data entry into the HRIS
Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding new starters through to exit processes, including wellbeing and engagement initiatives
Act as a trusted point of contact for HR queries, escalating complex issues where appropriate
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR generalist role
Proven experience supporting Employee Relations processes such as disciplinaries and grievances
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Working knowledge of UK employment law
CIPD Level 3 qualified or above (or working towards) would be beneficial
Nice to have:
