Job Description:

Brook Street is working with a client that is seeking an HR Advisor on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This position offers home working with some travel between sites in South Wales.

Job Responsibility:

  • To act as a key HR contact for HR queries across sites
  • To support HR & Recruitment administration & coordination
  • To support recruitment and onboarding
  • To advise on HR policies, ER issues, employment law etc.

Requirements:

  • HR Experience - Ideally ER
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Full UK Driving License & own vehicle
