Job Responsibility

  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries, offering prompt and practical support
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Draft contracts and letters for new and existing staff
  • Support employee relations by attending meetings, taking notes, and offering HR guidance during absence reviews, disciplinary actions, and grievances
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Champion internal communication and contribute to wellbeing and engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with managers on various HR projects and tasks

Requirements

  • Solid HR advisory experience with strong coaching skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a discreet approach to sensitive matters
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • A self-starter who also enjoys working as part of a team
