Job Description:

Our client is a key player in the construction and sustainability sector, and they're looking for a proactive HR Advisor to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. If you're ready to dive into a fast-paced environment and make a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibility:

Be the first point of contact for HR queries, offering prompt and practical support
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
Draft contracts and letters for new and existing staff
Support employee relations by attending meetings, taking notes, and offering HR guidance during absence reviews, disciplinary actions, and grievances
Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
Champion internal communication and contribute to wellbeing and engagement initiatives
Collaborate with managers on various HR projects and tasks

Requirements:

Solid HR advisory experience with strong coaching skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Confident using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills and a discreet approach to sensitive matters
Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
A self-starter who also enjoys working as part of a team
