As we move through organisational change, TUPE activity, and the implementation of a new HRIS, we’re looking for an HR Advisor who can operate at pace while playing a key role in supporting our employees and line managers. We are looking for a HR Advisor to be the go‑to person for practical people support across the business. You’ll help employees and managers navigate policies, day‑to‑day HR queries, and employment law in a clear and friendly way. Job Responsibility

  • Be the go‑to contact for HR queries
  • Support employee relations matters and help resolve issues promptly
  • Guide managers on performance, absence, and development
  • Coach managers on people practices and HR policies
  • Analyse HR data and produce clear reports and insights
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records
  • Handle core HR admin and documentation
  • Support HR initiatives like reward cycles, surveys, and talent reviews
  • Contribute to engagement activities and culture‑building
  • Work with HR and cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve the employee experience

Requirements

  • Proven HR Advisor/Generalist experience, confidently coaching and supporting managers
  • Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practice, and compliance
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with great attention to detail
  • Skilled at building effective stakeholder relationships and maintaining confidentiality
  • Proficient with HR systems (HRIS, payroll) and confident analysing HR data and trends
  • Associate Member of CIPD
