Job Responsibility
Be the go‑to contact for HR queries
Support employee relations matters and help resolve issues promptly
Guide managers on performance, absence, and development
Coach managers on people practices and HR policies
Analyse HR data and produce clear reports and insights
Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records
Handle core HR admin and documentation
Support HR initiatives like reward cycles, surveys, and talent reviews
Contribute to engagement activities and culture‑building
Work with HR and cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and improve the employee experience
Requirements
Proven HR Advisor/Generalist experience, confidently coaching and supporting managers
Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practice, and compliance
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment with great attention to detail
Skilled at building effective stakeholder relationships and maintaining confidentiality
Proficient with HR systems (HRIS, payroll) and confident analysing HR data and trends
