We advise and coach managers in their management of ER cases, upholding fair and just policies in-line with CQC regulations, legislation and best practice to deliver the best care for our residents. This is an office based role however the business are nationally spread and regular travel to Prime Life Homes will be required.
Job Responsibility:
Management of your own caseload of ER issues using your knowledge in ER and employment law, from receipt of a case through to its conclusion
Provide HR advice in relation to HR policy, practices & procedures
Requirements:
Employee Relations knowledge or keen interest in Employee Relations
CIPD qualified or a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role
Proficient IT skills including MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Keen interest in Employment Law
Strong understanding of and respect for confidentiality
Nice to have:
Care Sector experience would be advantageous although not essential
