HR Advisor

• Coach, advise, support, train and, where appropriate, challenge managers on all aspects of the employee life cycle including resourcing, organisational and people development, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, inclusion & diversity, wellbeing, audits and reward
• Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, providing sound judgment and recommendations on complex HR and ER matters
• Proactively identify workforce trends and risks, recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate issues before they escalate
• Build strong, credible relationships across all levels, acting as a visible and approachable HR presence on-site
• Operate with resilience and agility, managing competing priorities and adapting quickly to changing business needs
• Lead and influence change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement strategies to support cultural and operational improvements
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, leveraging data and insights to enhance efficiency and employee experience

• Self-motivated with ability to work at pace with passion, enthusiasm, tenacity and resilience
• Ability to think analytically with strong critical reasoning skills combined with a pragmatic approach
