Senior-level generalist HR role designed to provide effective core HR services and advice to a broad number of stakeholders across three key manufacturing sites. A fast-paced role where you will need to think on your feet, make decisions confidently, and manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Coach, advise, support, train and, where appropriate, challenge managers on all aspects of the employee life cycle including resourcing, organisational and people development, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, inclusion & diversity, wellbeing, audits and reward
Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, providing sound judgment and recommendations on complex HR and ER matters
Proactively identify workforce trends and risks, recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate issues before they escalate
Build strong, credible relationships across all levels, acting as a visible and approachable HR presence on-site
Operate with resilience and agility, managing competing priorities and adapting quickly to changing business needs
Lead and influence change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and engagement strategies to support cultural and operational improvements
Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, leveraging data and insights to enhance efficiency and employee experience
Requirements:
