  • Produce regular HR reports and dashboards (e.g. headcount, absence, turnover) and supply ad-hoc data
  • Monitor key employee processes such as absence, leave, sickness and probation reviews, issuing reminders and supporting managers where required
  • Contribute to HR policy and process updates, recommending improvements and ensuring documentation remains compliant
  • Lead and support HR continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance the employee experience, and drive operational efficiency
  • Support the development and optimisation of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and a user-friendly experience
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and support HR projects, and department targets

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 or above, or another recognised foundational HR qualification (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing HR cases end-to-end with confidence, discretion, and sensitivity
  • Solid knowledge and experience of UK employment legislation and HR procedures, including performance improvement, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, and absence/wellbeing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building effective relationships at all levels
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Resilience, practicality, and self-starter qualities
  • comfortable working independently and in teams
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
