This role will cover the full spectrum of HR functions, excluding payroll, with a focus on supporting the organization's strategic HR initiatives and ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a sound understanding of HR best practices, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and new hire integration
Support performance management processes, including appraisals, goal setting, and development plans
Advise on employee development initiatives and training programs
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
Assist in the implementation of HR projects, such as employee engagement and wellbeing programs
Maintain and update HR records and documentation in compliance with legal and company requirements
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related studies
At least 4 years of relevant HR generalist experience
Highly organized, self motivated and driven individual
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive and self-starter
