We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive HR professional to support across a broad range of HR activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Start Date: Immediate; Contract Type: 6-month FTC / Temporary.
Job Responsibility:
Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Support with recruitment and selection processes
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
Maintain accurate employee records and support with HR reporting
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
Requirements:
Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
