Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising, application management, interview scheduling, and reference checks
  • maintain recruitment-related data and assist in contract management for labour hire and consultancy engagements
  • support streamlined recruitment processes across APS, contractor, and consultancy positions
  • manage onboarding and offboarding processes for all types of workers
  • support implementation and monitoring of WHS, wellbeing, L&D, culture and inclusion programs
  • provide HR advice based on legislation, policy, and procedures
  • maintain and improve HR documentation, policies, and systems
  • deliver HR support services via inbox management and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR team, ideally within recruitment or generalist roles
  • strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, changing environment
  • understanding of HR policies and principles
  • experience interpreting and applying HR legislation is desirable
  • comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting focus as needed
