Job Responsibility:
Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees
Ensure smooth delivery of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Maintain HR records
Support recruitment and onboarding
Manage holiday and sickness records
Handle leaver processes
Assist with employee relations matters
Contribute to HR projects, policies and engagement initiatives
Work closely with compliance and other stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and a positive employee experience
