A true generalist, supporting the Head of HR in all aspects of the employment lifecycle, including employee relations, recruitment, policy development and HR administration. The postholder will lead on projects, provide pragmatic HR advice and solutions and review and analyse data to provide insights and identify trends and opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the Head of HR in all aspects of the employment lifecycle
Being the primary contact and advising on employee relations, recruitment, short- and long-term absence management including OH referrals and workplace adjustments
Having L&D Strategy delivery responsibilities
Working closely with the Head of HR to prepare and manage all necessary documentation and attend meetings related to investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and appeals
Accountable for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and processes
Requirements:
Advise and support managers on all aspects of disciplinary, capability, and grievances
Lead on and oversee HR projects and initiatives
Writing and updating HR policies, procedures and processes
Lead on end-to-end recruitment activities
Produce reports giving insight and trend analysis, particularly on absence
Supervise and mentor HR colleagues
Support the Head of HR ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll, workforce planning
Ensure the smooth running of the EDI and Workforce Planning groups by providing effective secretariat support
