Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar HR role
CIPD Level 5-7 qualification
Basic understanding of HR Employment Legislation
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to plan and organise effectively
Proactive and efficient work ethic
Discretion, ethics, and professionalism
Practical knowledge of HR Information Systems
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
