Join Our Dynamic Onsite HR Team at Forza Foods! We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for HR Advisor to become a vital part of our onsite HR Team at our Protein site in Normanton. If you are passionate about People and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Help drive the HR team forward
  • Building strong working relationships to advise
  • To provide references & confirmation of employment for those that require them
  • Assisting with and developing on recruitment campaigns
  • Assist with recruitment up to Grade 3
  • Update employee records with changes
  • To schedule absence reviews and disciplinary meetings
  • Conduct short term sick welfare meetings
  • Referring colleagues to Occupational Health where required and following up colleagues after their meeting
  • Manage Amended Duties with Occupational help
  • Produce reports for various departments both internally and group wide
  • Dealing with HR queries
  • Develop and implement engagement activities
  • To maintain excellent communication within the team
  • To ensure a safe working environment is kept for all colleagues
  • Report any Health & Safety issues to the Management

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • IT literate

  • Up to CIPD level 5 and/or relevant experience
