Job Responsibility:
Support recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate liaising
Ensure compliance with pre-employment checks and maintain the Single Central Record (SCR)
Manage employee lifecycle administration, including payroll and staff records
Assist with HR casework, including disciplinary and grievance matters
Keep up-to-date HR policies and support the HR Director with various tasks
Requirements:
CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent by experience
Proficient in generalist HR advice and employee relations
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and minute-writing skills
Nice to have:
Experience in an educational setting, preferably a school
Familiarity with maintaining HR systems and pre-employment checks
