Job Description:

HR Advisor role focused on being the heart of the people experience, making a real difference in the workplace by creating a smooth, positive experience for employees from day one in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibility:

Own the HR inbox - first point of contact for queries, ensuring quick, clear, and supportive responses
Lead on-boarding with impact - manage all new starter processes, from contracts to welcome packs
Take charge of ER cases - guide managers through absence reviews, disciplinaries, and grievances
Keep employee records accurate and confidential
Support recruitment and help create a great candidate experience
Drive engagement and well-being initiatives that make work better for everyone

Requirements:

Solid HR advisory experience, especially in ER case management
A natural organiser who can juggle priorities without breaking a sweat
Excellent communication skills and a discreet, professional approach
Confident with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
A proactive problem-solver who loves working with people
